Looking forward to getting really into raiding for a few weeks then abandoning the game to play other stuff. Best game I played was probably It Takes Two, I had a blast with that. Far Cry 2 was maybe the worst experience I've had playing a game in a long rear end time. I hope more cool co-op games come out on Switch next year, I had a lot of fun getting my gf to play the different Marios and Wario Ware. Really good year for gaming overall! The Legend of Zelda 2: The Adventures of Link. Not ashamed to say I needed a guide for the final palace. Running from the bird knights is highly recommended. I also cheesed Dark Link cause I was on my last life and didn't know if I would have to fight Thunderbird again, and besides the game is hard enough already.

I actually did make it happen with less than 45 minutes before the new year reached me here in Texas, bringing my total for the year to 43. Cool story, great atmosphere. The combat wasn’t anywhere near as good as it needed to be for the amount of it that they expected you to do though, I would have liked it a lot better if they left out most of the big combat setpieces for more tense horror encounters which the game was much better at. Technically a replay but from a decade ago so I didn’t really remember any of it. Looking forward to the sequel
