What are the best bets for the main card besides the main and co-main? I’ve never put a bet on anything before but I’m thinking about having a crack this weekend.

I’m not sure who I actually think will win the main but I hope Dustin takes it and I think he’s worth taking a gamble on being the underdog. I’m thinking Hooker will win his fight and I’m going to bet on him.

But i have no idea for the rest of the main card as I just don’t know enough about any of the other fighters. If anybody could pass on some of their superior knowledge it would be greatly appreciated.

Wanna have fun? Decide that the money is lost and bet on whoever's name you like or whatever, and maybe you get lucky and keep some of that money?

Wanna make money? Don't bet on fights that you can't look at the odds and go "those are bad odds for that fight" or "there's no way X loses to Y", for example on that first one, from this Wednesday:

Now, yes, Umar Nurmagomedov still won that fight but it was way more competitive than an actual +400/-500 fight should be and I think a bet on Morozov in that type of spot is generally profitable.

As an example of the second option, something like Conor vs Cowboy is probably decent where aside from Conor being absent for a long time nobody really had that much faith in Cerrone to beat him.

Looking at this upcoming card, nothing really stands out to me as a good bet other than maybe Ribas at -300 or whatever because I just don't see her losing this one, I'd stay the gently caress away from the main/comain on this one if you're actually trying to be be safe with your bets.

But yeah I say just put some money on Dustin and join us in hoping Conor gets knocked the gently caress out.

Yea I’m definitely not taking it too seriously, I’m only betting $40 of my own money and $40 I got for signing up. I just like having some information to help me make my decisions and this thread is the best place I’ve found online for ufc related info.

But anyway decisions have been made, bets have been placed. $20 on Dustin, $20 on Hooker, $10 on Dustin and Dan to both win their fights, let’s see how this plays out.
