I'm using mayo here as a stand in for whatever oil based sauce you may choose. I'll bet a potato salad would work well with chimichurri.
Now I'm really hungry all of a sudden.

E:^^^^^ German potato salad sounds good if you love bacon, I personally love the east European versions where they use whatever cold cuts are available.

there is a legitimate need for a discussion on sports and biology and what we consider an advantage. For an extreme example, if you are born paralyzed or a paraplegic, then you can�t compete except in niche events. And we just accept that as being a fact of life. Too bad, I guess! So knowing how complex biology is, do we accept that a person with naturally better lung capacity can compete against one without? What about a person who just naturally produces more or less testosterone? I mean, weight classes alone show that we understand these variations in bodies on some level.

We seem okay with these variations, but not others, and that�s where the transphobia creeps in. Like, after going on blockers, I had to drop my dosage because the testosterone in my blood was literally untraceable. And not once, not twice, but three dose reductions to get to a healthy range for a woman. Meanwhile other trans women need the max dose to get on the higher end. Now imagine the kinds of variations cis people can have, and you see where I�m going with this.

We really need a rehaul on how sports work, in more ways than one, but nobody wants to have it because then they have to accept trans people as, well, people.
