hittin a bit of a wall with the weight loss journey, it’s hard to stick to it when getting take out on the weekend. and I’m on a vacation this weekend so I’ll mostly be sitting in a car eating road food. hnh

I’ve recovered from my birthday/vacation weight gain. down 21 lbs now. my pants fit worse and worse all the time

now to try and get through 3 weeks where I can’t lift anything or sit on a bike.

I’m almost back to the weight I was before I started getting it down last year, this sucks haha

I think I can get back to exercising now if I’m careful, time to get on the bike
