Suffice to say, there are many customization options. The modding/content community is... robust. I very rarely actually create anything with it myself, although I did design a succubus once. I check the content people upload and once in a blue moon I see something interesting and plug it in. It's more a novelty-break from regular porn than a replacement imo.
