Problem description: I, an idiot, was all excited about my shiny new computer and was going through the Windows settings. I saw an option for HDR, and since I have a nice new GPU, clicked it. My screen immediately went black and now will show nothing, so I can't get anywhere to undo my foolishness. Attempted fixes: I've restarted and tried different HDMI cables and HDMI ports from both my mobo and my GPU. I did some Googling, but haven't had much luck. Recent changes: Other than clicking 'Use HDR,' nothing. -- Operating system: Windows 10 System specs: PCPartPicker Part List CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 3.6 GHz 8-Core Processor ($324.99 @ Newegg) Motherboard: MSI MAG B550M BAZOOKA Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard ($125.99 @ B&H) Memory: Crucial Ballistix 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 CL16 Memory ($86.99 @ B&H) Storage: Kingston A400 480 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive (Purchased For $0.00) Video Card: MSI GeForce RTX 3070 8 GB VENTUS 3X OC Video Card ($1048.99 @ Amazon) Case: Cooler Master N200 MicroATX Mini Tower Case (Purchased For $0.00) Power Supply: XFX TS 550 W 80+ Gold Certified ATX Power Supply (Purchased For $0.00) Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 Home OEM 64-bit (Purchased For $0.00) Monitor: Acer Nitro XV273 Xbmiiprzx 27.0" 1920x1080 240 Hz Monitor (Purchased For $0.00) Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available Generated by PCPartPicker 2021-01-16 21:07 EST-0500 Location: USA I have Googled and read the FAQ: Yep!
