Problem description: Screen randomly crashes into a black screen with white pixels scattered about the screen. https://imgur.com/a/RvvBytK is an example. Sometimes it happens in the middle using the laptop, sometimes it happens when opening up the laptop to log in. No known time delay between when it happens, it can happen even when the laptop is running without any significant load (web browsing) Attempted fixes: updated BIOS, updated all drivers as suggested from a google search. No luck Recent changes: I started using throttlestop, then stopped using throttlestop to undervolt the laptop due to heat concerns while playing games, in hopes that the undervolting was crashing it. No luck -- Operating system: Windows 10 pro System specs: Thinkpad X1 Extreme 1st Gen Type 20MF, 32 gb ram, i78850-H procesor. Location: USA I have Googled and read the FAQ: Yes
