There used to be a place in Derry, NH called "Dollar Bill's", closed a few years ago, well known for the lunatic of an owner and his terrible, terrible commercials where he'd always wear an umbrella hat with fake dollar bills taped to it. I never went there but can clearly remember seeing his commercials on WNDS (The winds of New England!) and not being able to understand half the poo poo he was saying.
