I was a bit disappointed with CR. Only one double jump and weird distribution (a lot of mid-late 20s instead of some youngsters who are basically dead weight now). But looking at the ones posted here, I got a good improvement, it seems like.

I'm for option A. The 7 team leagues are unfortunate, but 36 is a surprisingly weird number to split up nicely.
