Two should be fine (although IIRC it ends with a cliffhanger), but three and onwards start climbing up in intensity and I think that'd be a bit much for a three year old - although it's equally possible that the topics you're concerned about will go entirely over their head. Depends entirely on the kid. You know your kid better than we ever could, so IMO pre-watch S3/4/5 before showing them and use your judgement from there.
