About a decade ago a lovely vbs script did some real damage. Management was briefed on what a 'script' was and they made the only logical decision: 'NO MORE SCRIPTS!!'

The order was quickly reversed when they looked at the employee timesheets*

*of course nobody dismantled the horrible web of scripts in place but in our time reporting we simulated the scenario
