Its just 15-30 minutes of the wrestlers doing dumb bits and having fun backstage (the speaking spanglish bits are really bad though, you can skip those)

The big thing to get out of this is that all signs point towards AEW being a very community type of workplace. The wrestlers get a lot of input(for better or worse) and you can definitely see wrestlers improve as they get trained by experienced wrestlers. That poo poo doesnt happen in wwe.
