And it actually is going strong and has further updates planned. To be fair to ICR, Marvel Heroes was great and I miss it dearly. One more day before disappointment! What do you guys think will be the beta feature that will make you cancel your preorder? I remember hating Anthem's gunplay and then I had to do one of those collect orbs missions three times and that was it for me. Looking forward to saving another 60€

For Anthem it was that one group mission where people had to shoot symbols to line up to the right color. The game didnt have any text chat at all and still wanted me to dick around with people. After that I some how finished the mission and promptly uninstalled.

I can't really understand how you can be so hyped for this game to the point that you're thinking about it throughout the day and influencing your subconscious to have dreams about it. It's so GENERIC LOOKING. I would like this to be good, truly, but there's not a single good reason to think it will be. This isn't the same People Can Fly that made the good Painkiller games and Bulletstorm or the decent Gears of War titles. This is the People Can Fly that worked on Fortnite: Save The World for like 5+ years.

I love The Division 2 because it shows how a company can do wrong, then learn from it and do right, then develop a weird learning disability and veer so far back into wrong while loudly screaming about how good it is that it's made me swear off Ubisoft forever. Anthem was inherently trash, but Massive had to put in the work to be terrible.

like let's look at the last 2 content drops for the division: - Iron Horse raid: delayed by like 9 months until it finally came out and was promptly forgotten - Kenley nightmare: announced in october, ultimately scrapped entirely and turned into a RE apparel event (that just reskinned existing cosmetics). Division 2 has been on maintenance/support for over a year now. it was loving DEAD after this manhunt.

Just 16 straight hours of dreaming about browns and grays and casting 1-3 spells with no comms to tell your random matchmaker partner that a boss is coming up and don’t rush in yet so I can change my load out... Yeah that’s the good poo poo. The thread is off to a hot start and kudos to all you goons named and unnamed for the fun. We got 1 day left and it’s time to all go to sleep tonight and dream of Outriders only. Don’t worry if your kid is hungry and you forgot to feed them. ITS TIME TO TALK THE TRICKSTER!! Built around the archetype of the rogue class, the Trickster is a quick, formidable, and lethal tactician. If that sounds like your style than we have a treat for you! Here is the full breakdown of everything we know about the Trickster class in Outriders.  The Trickster has been gifted control over space and time by the anomaly. This class is a close-range specialist. Fast and nimble, their skills revolve around getting into and out of combat quickly, dealing massive damage and disappearing before the enemy knows what hit them. Outriders does not rely on healing items to regain health, however, each class has a unique mechanic to restore themselves to peak condition. The Trickster regains health for every close-range kill executed, meaning sometimes the best place for him to be is right in the thick of it. Unique to the Trickster, this will also grant shields based on a percentage of their maximum health.  He has 8 skills to choose from. You choose 3, my players 1. Temporal Slice – Described as the bread and butter of the Trickster, a long blade of temporal energy protrudes from their arm, dealing huge damage to any enemy caught in the arc, as well as slowing them down and displaying their skeletons shortly before they violently erupt into viscera. 2. Slow Trap – an essential ability for both offensive and defensive capabilities, the Trickster generates a large dome to which enemies and projectiles move incredibly slow while you and your allies are free to move about as usual. This not only allows you to dodge bullets with ease but is great for reviving a downed ally, decimating hordes of enemies, or simply setting up the bad guys for your allies to go to town with combo abilities. 3. Borrowed Time – While instantly gaining a percentage of health as shields, the Trickster leaves behind a temporal clone prior to running into the fray to wreak havoc. If the ability is used again before time runs out, the Trickster will instantly teleport back to this location for a speedy, tactical exit. 4. Hunt the Prey – One of the most potent abilities for the Trickster, Hunt the Prey will let you teleport behind any enemy you can see, automatically generating shields and causing the target to be slowed while setting you up for the killing blow. This is especially useful for enemies with vantage points or the high ground. Sniper nests don’t stand a chance. 5. Twisted Rounds – Sometimes you can’t rely on teleporting out of danger and need to face your enemies head-on. The Trickster can imbue their current weapon with anomaly-infused bullets that deliver an incredibly powerful punch. These overclocked powerhouse rounds remain active until you reload or swap weapons. 6. ??? – While we didn’t get the name of the ability, you’ll notice a quick scene in which the Trickster conjures and controls a large blue crystal which travels from enemy to enemy like Yondu’s arrow dealing huge damage. Whether this is automatic or controlled by the player is as of yet unknown, but don’t forget this is in their arsenal of tricks. This is why I am going to play this beautiful specimen. I can be YONDAD?!?!? Yes please!!!!! There’s two other skills but this article didn’t have them posted. They’re probably cool just keep reading it’s fine. This is fine. You have 3 subclasses. One of which is unfortunately not to actually turn into YONDAD himself. Rather than offer specific builds or sub-classes as seen in other games, Outriders gives each class the “Class Tree” in which you’ll be able to drop points down three lines to fully customize your playstyle. The lines themselves are distinct in what you will find, but you are not limited to only using one. In fact, all class points can be re-speced to better suit your style. What do these three paths for the Trickster look like? 1. Master of Space: All abilities and perks in this line are about bonuses while on the move and dealing damage in close range, particularly with shotguns and SMGs. 2. Harbinger: Don’t think just because this is the rogue class that it can’t pack a serious punch. Perks down the Harbinger line are all about making a tanky build, enhancing your strength, shields, and armor rating. 3. Assassin: For the classic stealth build, these perks enhance your abilities when using damage and movement powers, as well as upping the potency of your anomaly skills. The Trickster will feature 78 unlockable perks, however it has been established you wont be able to use all of them so get ready to fine tune your build to turn you into a ruthless killing machine. Speaking of perks, in a few “blink and you’ll miss it” moments we caught just some of the unique perks you can expect to see from the Trickster. As a final bonus for our spotlight on the Trickster, here are eight of the ability perks we spotted during the Outriders Broadcast. quote:– Against the Odds: When surrounded by enemies, reloading your weapon deals damage and interrupts enemies’ abilities. Damage scales with Anomaly Power. So as to not break every forum rule possible as yesterday with the Olympic award-winning sextuple-post, a feat only a veteran poster can hit with style and grace through 6 posts uninterrupted, allow me to highlight THE BUILDS! They Call It The Trickster Builds Post! The Trickster is going to perfectly fill that classic role of the rogue/assassin in a typical RPG, but that doesn’t mean it has to be limited to getting up close and stabbing enemies in the face. Here are three unique and basic builds to help you explore what the Trickster can do: Enoch Infantry  Skills: Venator’s Knife Twisted Rounds Slow Trap Mods: Additional Mag Anomaly Cut Delivery On Time Why This Works: This build keeps you at a moderate distance while allowing for extremely high damage output. Venator’s Knife will generate an anomaly shard that highlights and targets multiple enemies, making them easier to spot. The Anomaly Cut mod makes it so all enemies marked will receive additional damage when shot, and when the ability ends, the shard will deal additional damage to the target. The range the shards can travel is incredible and it can’t be dodged, so if you are even in doubt of someone hiding around the corner just fire this one off and see where it goes. Then we add Twisted Rounds, making every bullet in the chamber deal a massive increase of damage to targets. Using this with an assault rifle guarantees plenty of high impact shots, and the Additional Mag mod lets you use two full mags of anomaly charged ammo for the cost of one Stacking that with Anomaly Cut means you’re bullets might as well be 50. cal rounds. Finally, Slow Trap is a highly effective defensive skill that ensures any bullets or baddies who manage to get through your assault will give you the extra time swap out for a trusty shotgun and lay waste to them. Delivery On Time is a special mod for the Slow Trap which will replenish ammo for you and your allies in range so you don’t have to worry about holding in that trigger. The real question is whether or not that will work with Twisted Rounds and the Additional Mag mod… Temporal Ronin  Skills: Temporal Slice Cyclone Slice Time Rift Mods: Time Crack Cut Loose Shield Evoker Why This Works: Trickster heals and gains shields from being up close and personal, so your best option is to maximize your damage output while staring directly into the enemies eyes. Temporal Slice is of course the staple ability of a good Trickster. The anomaly blade you generate has a wide arc, serious damage, and makes enemies explode! What could make it better? Doing it faster. The Cut Loose mod will reduce the cooldown on it so you can keep slashing to your heart’s content. What about an epic combo of powers? Time Rift sees all your enemies in a line float helplessly up into the air, making them easy pickings. Add the Time Crack mod to it and those who are floated have their armor and resistance reduced by 25%. Imagine being able to summon a temporal blade at will and all those enemies just have to float there, helplessly… So what do you do now that they are panicking before you? Activate the Cyclone Slice. You’ll spin like a top and move gracefully down the line as each of your targets is eviscerated before your eyes with practiced ease. The Shield Evoker mod will even give you bonus shields for each kill you achieve while using the Cyclone Slice; it’s a surefire way to keep you healthy and give a generous helping of blood and guts to the plant life below. Master Assassin  Skills: Hunt the Prey Borrowed Time Temporal Slice Mods: Weaklings Time Space Dance of Death Why it Works: The Trickster is purpose built for rogue tactics: get in and get out. First and foremost, Temporal Slice really IS the staple skill for this class. It has a great range, huge damage output, and it will hit an incredible number of targets if lined up right. Slapping the Weakness mod on this one will inflict Weakness on any enemy who manages to survive the power of the blade – which doesn’t happen that often. Ready to run into the fray and cause some mayhem? Borrowed Time lets you leave a time clone of yourself in a safe place and gives you a huge boost to shields, letting you run in, scout ahead, stir up the nest, and safely teleport back to your starting point. So what happens when you add the Time Space mod? Activating the skill not only boosts your shields but gives you a gigantic buff to your armor and an additional 30% resistance. You’ve definitely got a lot of time to scout ahead! And of course, finally, my favorite ability as the Trickster: Hunt the Prey. See that sniper camped out of reach? Why not blink behind him, automatically inflicting slow, and then blast his head off his shoulders with a high power weapon? Hunt the Prey has an incredible range and allows you to instantly teleport behind an enemy, setting you up for the killing blow. Adding Dance of Death to the mix drastically reduces the cooldown of the skill, meaning you can gleefully hop from target to target without a care in the world. It is hands down the best part about being a Trickster because the battlefield becomes your playground.
