Another hot tip: Buy out the whole grocery store every time it refreshes, and get ingredient kits from restaurants whenever you can. Ingredients are cheap and you can horde so many restoratives this way that you no longer have to worry about SP at all. Put bond points into cooking and healing items as well, the bonus affects all restoratives.
