Turn off anti-aliasing in-game for the font stuff. I did the same thing in the nVidia Control Panel and it's kinda the best you can get, really.

I've been keeping all of them leveled evenly but I have to keep fighting the urge to not just use Ryuji and Yusuke all of the time because they're so much fun and my best bros

While I'd say the entire voice cast is much improved over P5 (where Max Mittelman was the best already), he still is a cut above everyone else, he's so good
