i just realized there's actually a reason why scum wouldn't want to claim vanilla. because the instant a claimed vanilla shows up in the party-host list, they're donezo.

then again, i highly suspect scum to have selected party host in order to keep it from being used usefully. i hope some of you townies high on the list took it first!

Also I think this is highly unlikely given the fact that we have three roles whose powers are completely unknown and a role dedicated to seeing who's in a room at a given time. Never put it past a mod to throw something to counter/muck with that in an interesting way.

he says, having had that happen to him twice in the past twelve months now

which one is that...?

Party host. Though rereading it now it's more longitudinal than the slice of the moment.

Either way, nothing says the 3 mysterys can't fake movement.

Oh thank god the deadline wasn't today.

Sorry, I've been busy with work and somehow getting a vaccine appointment all day (yay!). This is the first time I'm checking the thread. Ideally I will post something of actual content later tonight while I'm pretending to be fully engaged on a 10pm call with Malaysia.

This is bad and you should feel bad for utilizing it.

So. Hi there from the Malaysian QBR (as a reminder for those of you at home, Spoons aint in Malaysia, but when your boss' boss tells you to join a call, you do).

This is a very dumb vote for a very dumb reason. But I have a better question - if you're so gung ho on it, why are you not still on me?

I legit do not even remember this happening

I hypothesized that the party planner role, which is cool, may not be as amazing as everyone wants because one of the three unnamed unspecified roles could do something to muck with it.

Because, yknow, it happened in games where players had similar powers?
