Because I wasted the whole day on this I'm going to get a whole day's worthy of exploration in! At the very least in Royal it's easier than ever to explore as much as you're allowed in one day.

I like the type of variance modern Persona brings insomuch as I think it's real cool when rpgs are designed such that you can have wildly different single activities across play sessions. In Persona it's dungeon crawling for one session and then doing social links the next. In something like Atelier I might spend an entire gaming session doing a lot of crafting without getting into a single fight, etc.

The trailer for the Persona 5 tactics game looked neat, seems like they have some good ideas on how to translate Persona gameplay to that kind of tactical game.

Honestly the only QoL feature I really need for a modern version of Persona 3 is to not have random skill inheritance when fusing and considering how the Nocturne remaster nixed that I'd be very surprised if they kept it in.

Yea as much as I love Zenigata's original voice actor, by the end of his time in that role not only did he sound terrible but in the movies they'd find an excuse for Zenigata to be offscreen for most of the runtime (presumably because of his health issues that made it harder to voice the role).
