For me, they're like tea and coffee, so I can enjoy a good dub/localization as well as a solid OG performance. Also I think the Japanese dubs for Zootopia and Spider-Verse were super good.

You can get a good recording rig with decent guitar + drum plugins for under $1k (recording rig here meaning: the motherfucking guitar, amp, laptop and DAW) and have it sound hecking awesome. So I'd say technology is a land of contrasts.

Also, a few pages ago people were going on about CSM and, while I loved it to pieces ( ), I do agree that some of the action scenes tended to be hit or miss in their results, but when it hit. It hit like a loving dump truck.
