If you have a problem Yo, I'll solve it

I just bought a server to lab on at home. 192GB ram, 4x 500g SSD, 6x 1.2g SAS, dual 14 core E5 Xeon v4 processors.

I am going to do hyper-v as a bare metal hypervisor, and run a domain controller on windows server 2019 essentials. I want to do things like run a webapp, host TFS for internal git, taskboards, and a build server, one or a few instances of sql, etc. How should I set this up to make the best use of the space? Anyone have any ideas of how big the various VMs should run, or any roles that I would need in order to set things up properly? How should I configure and use the disks so they're properly utilized?
