It's definitely not Captain Forever because there's no heart in the ship, so I figured it was the Japanese game from the early 2000's Captain Forever was inspired by. While trying to google whatever that was called, I found the actual game: it's Reassembly. I'm definitely up for more Cpt. Forever type games so thank you, I think? Thank me? Thanks obscure 20 year old Japanese games.
