My favourite part of the 2009 movie is when the Enterprise comes across the huge ship devouring giant mining warship hybrid thing full of genocidal Romulans, and Pike, recently warping into a scene of destruction, opens up a channel of communication to sternly ask 'this is Christopher Pike of the USS Enterprise. Who am I speaking to?' To which crazed psychopath Eric Bana pleasantly replies "Hi Christopher. I'm Nero."
