The snow starts flying in Montreal in late October, early November, and given that the USGP is already October 24 with the Mexican GP being on Halloween, if you're going to host the Canadian GP during the rest of the North American races you'd have to do it right after the Japanese GP on Oct 9, or more preferably way earlier in the year were it isn't already back to back races.
