There's a different between hating Muslims and having issues with Islam. No one is saying it's a blanket thing. Everyone worships in a different way. But it's like when people say that they have issues with the Vatican. Just cause you don't like the kiddy diddling cover up church doesn't mean you think ever Catholic is a pedo. I think pretty much every organized religion has some pretty serious issues, but I don't think every religious person is bad.
