About 12 hours after my 2nd shot of Pfizer I started to get flu-like symptoms--hot and cold at the same time, fatigue, that weird thing where your bones are kind of sore and sensitive, sleep sweats, etc. No nausea or headaches to speak of. This feeling peaked about 36 hours afterward. 60 hours later I was fine. But that's just me. I've heard a wide range of different experiences, and of course if you actually caught COVID previously there's that whole wrinkle as well.
