Hope we start seeing some deals with a week-quarantine required and six days until the deadline. I doubt the Devils want to keep holding Palmieri out, I think he could be gone today or tomorrow.

If he's gone I won't miss him, regardless of the return. I think you've answered your own question. He's bad if you put him against tough competition and play him 20+ minutes a night. In a reduced role, Oleksiak provides fine value for a team that badly needs defensive depth.
