Koopa Kid posted:Any discussion of the 2015 draft compels me to complain that the Leafs traded down the pick that the Flyers took Konecny with to select Travis Dermott (one pick before the good Sebastian Aho) and Jeremy Bracco. Dermott's turned into a replacement level bottom pairing D and Bracco sucked rear end. That was the draft where they kept trading down because they desperately just wanted picks because Nonis had left the system so empty.

It's good that there isn't currently a significant case showing that on-ice transmission is possible. Otherwise playing tonight might be imprudent.

I hope he’s a bigger hockey robot than Sid and McDavid too Shane Wright, one year ahead of Bedard, is also an exceptional prospect. Last year for his age 15 season he put up 39G 27A 66P in 58 games for Kingston, which compares pretty well to McDavid's 25-41-66 in 63 games and Tavares' 45-32-77 in 65 games.

https://twitter.com/markhmasters/status/1382705291645620233 No Auston Matthews in the line rushes today. He had the plague last year, so it's probably not that. Hopefully it's not his wrist bothering him, though anything that forces him out of the lineup is worrying. e: Second line of Mikheyev-Kerfoot-Hyman is dire. Any team missing its two best forwards will look dodgy but, you know, maybe Hall and not Foligno addressed a more significant area of need for this team.
