No play-by-play mentions it. Duke had ZERO offensive rebounds in the last 8:17. Right before Flagg made the 3, I noticed he wasn't bringing the ball up the floor. He was pretty gassed by that point. Houston stopped double teaming him as much and whereas Flagg had done a great job prior to driving to the hoop and either a) going up or b) drawing a double team and passing it off, he quit doing that. Out of all of this, Kneuppel seems to be the only one who who went to the rim. Hell of a job defensively by Houston and Duke got away from the basics. Flagg's not a post player, but somebody needed to be going inside. Uzan picked up his fourth foul at 8:17. Down until the last few seconds, Houston fouled just three times after Uzan's 4th foul. That's ridiculous that the Cougars didn't need to.

They did almost let an exceptionally mid UNC team come back on them in the ACC tournament after leading them by 21 at the half Scheyer lacks the clutch gene I guess

Houston being a good defensive team also has a tendency to just wear teams down over the game. ISU did that a lot too where they’d be playing a close game then the last five minutes would take off as the other team just ran out of juice. Hard to go 40 minutes when the other team makes you work all the time if you’re not used to it.

It's also just Houston's whole deal. They won so many games in the last 5 minutes this year. Florida is kind of a mirror match, should be good.
