I've never used the Nexus Mod Manager because I assume it's trash. Most games with a big mod scene have their own mod manager. Or it's something like the Witcher games where installing a mod just means copying files into a "mod" directory. Also, it doesn't get rid of all the nudie mods, but looking at "top mods of all time" usually helps, on both the Nexus and games with Steam Workshop.
