Problem description: Bluetooth Headset (Arctis 3 Bluetooth) causes Teams to crash when doing anything related to audio (starting call, receiving incoming call). Calls work if the headset is wired, but my wire is too short and I'd really like to get the bluetooth working.

Attempted fixes: Restarting computer, restarting teams, removing and re-pairing headset, uninstalled teams/reinstalling teams. Installed pending updates (one was for bluetooth drivers). This is a work device, and I spent some time on the phone with a tech from IT, but they were also stumped.

Recent changes: Some updates installed, no hardware changes

You could check the HP support site and make sure you're on the latest motherboard BIOS. And also see if there are any newer drivers available there.
