we are on night four of spicy chili and so far we've had it: - with yellow rice with fresh green onions - with some leftover pasta (avoided forbidden cinci configuration) - with a spinach dip and thin corn chips that was intended as creamed spinach because we had too much fresh spinach but not enough for cream spinach, it turns out! - with spare tostada shells on the bottom i think that's the pot finished but it's fall weather so it'll probably be time for more in two weeks

i only have tried chicken, beef, and vegetable but all of them are good to me. they're better than bullion, as it says. i do run the stock through a drink strainer though because it frequently has some grit in it

thats just green onions i put them on everything my weird technique: did a cornstarch + water slurry and let the diced chicken sit in that for 30 mins to velvet up then i tossed it in flour with a little bit of baking powder and ran through egg wash, fried for 6 mins then flipped and 6 more. didnt feel like doing a full on deep fry veggies are just an onion, bell pepper, couple jalapenos, couple serranos. some heat but not like a Spicy Dish then toss it all with the sauce and eat

i went to the chinese barber by my house and told the barber dude to use his best judgement and he showed me a photo of pangzai and another photo of some other chinese dude as two possible haircuts i could get i was p sure i wouldn't get my moneys worth for a haircut if i chose pangzais haircut so i chose the other dude but lol

Cleaned up my mint plant and now I have a shitload of mint. Going to dry some out and turn it into a powder, and for the rest of it i'm just going to toss it in random things i'm cooking.
