it takes two days to find out one day eat low carb and zero sugar brush teeth at start of day and then query teeth with tongue at end of day next day brush teeth and then have lollies. query teeth every hour and have more lollies and see how few hours it takes for your teeth to feel coated in gunk you’ll be appalled

a revelation I had early on when I was doing low carb was one evening I noticed my teeth felt cleanly brushed but hadn’t been brushed since the morning if I had any kind of self control (note : i dont) i’d defo do low carb

I can’t eat subway since someone pointed out to me that all the vegetables taste the same, they just have different textures. it’s likely the “subway smell” dominates your palate while you’re eating it but it was eerie

my most snobbish opinion is that most restaurants across the board are bad. some are really bad, but most are just bad. cheap or expensive. im not picky, i'll eat just about anything, and will keep trying new restaurants, but i know the difference between good food and bad food, and at most restaurants, the food is bad. covid and staffing issues definitely made it worse. dont get me started on delivery services. nothing that has sat in someones car for 45 minutes will ever be good.

i made a batch of chicken noodle this week and been eatin on it left and right. its so good. was just some fridge cleanout poo poo too 2/3 chicken BtB and 1/3 onion BtB makes the fuckin' best broth
