Hello all. Iíve enjoyed a shaky peace with the small family of mice in my walls for the past year or so. They donít come out and I ignore their nightly scurrying but recently theyíve grown more cavalier and I saw one do a weird dance the other day. I had to board up the hole in my kitchen and now they seem pissed. Yesterday I saw an obese squirrel and it made me wonder if the different rodent families share information with each other

They aren't trapped right?

I donít think so. Underneath thereís mostly room enough for a person to crawl so they shouldnít have any problems leaving. My girlfriend shoved some bread in the hole before I covered it but that didnít seem to appease them

There's an interesting series of books on this subject that this rodent expert called Brian Jacques wrote. Check it out OP

edit: Hey OP is yr user name based off the unicorns song?

Yea. Iíve never read Redwall but I have read Maus. Itís weird how much of our pop culture is based on the lives of these things (Mickey, Mighty, Jerry, etc.)
