That's pretty interesting, I figured it was like when they went from PowerPC to Intel and just made believe none of that stuff existed any longer. It translates the machine code to ARM, then for that process sets the CPU mode to behave like x86 in regards to memory ordering etc. Its insanely fast and seamless.
