the training is rigorous. you have to learn about all the different kinds of guns and darts, you have to be able to shoot people in the neck, in the rear end, all kinds of places, and i assume at some point we're going to learn how to do it in a therapeutic manner as part of research supported client centered practice

I tried being the kind of therapist that lets my patients shoot me with darts, but they kept running off without paying me while I was unconscious.
While many people report feelings of euphoria when they shoot their therapist with darts, there is no evidence that it improves their long term mental health outcomes
