The most unrealistic thing about the jet scene was the F-35 flying through a cloud without making GBS threads itself.

Dedicated/rental servers are dead in Battlefield. What DICE has said is that there are community servers via portal, ie the same Community Games system thay BFV uses, tweaked a bit to have persistent ban lists but no way to assign moderators.

So with no mods there won't be anyone to ban cheats? That was the great thing about good dedicated servers with active mods. Cheaters were booted quick.

I imagine DICE haven't put even 5 mins of work into anti cheat.

This game feels half done. How do they regress this much when iterating on a mountain of past games. No scoreboard, games breaking regularly so you can't spawn, there's only a hand full of vehicles. It's just so bizarre. Do they throw out the entire code base every time they make a new Battlefield game?

Everyone keeps quitting in between games. No one working on it now has a clue how past games were made.
