Mine is just a lil' picture of Hopkin Green Frog from an old meme, but I like it very much.   I need to see if I can make it bigger though. Did they increase the size avatars could be at some point or did I just mess up when I bought it?

Nut made this one and I love it because it is the spooky scary version of my original av, which was a gif of an alpaca with spinning vortexes of galaxies overlaid. Nut makes the best death cult alpaca avs. Eta: the original av exists still and the story with that is I am a fiber toucher and also raise a lot of animals but have papers that say I'm good at particle and astrophysics and I cannot prove that workout doxxing myself pretty hard but I also quit that industry a long time ago |

I paid a goon in sa mart $10 to draw the original waddling duckie av and I had it for years (with changes for the holidays etc) but then someone posted this character in the newbie avvie thread and I liked it almost enough to change my brand. We compromised by putting waddling duckie on the sweater and I’ve never looked back.

for many many years, possibly a decade, my AV was a CGA tombstone as I was an angry moo cow back then and was getting “owned” a lot by the friendly folk of yospos. my av was subsequently made into a smilie I assume by the friendly folk of yospos  then I shared my story about a lovely duck and owlhawk drew a lovely picture and I thought what a lovely pic and well, the rest is history

My av is Junpei Iori from SMT: Persona 3 - specifically lifted (with minor edits) from a caramelldansen video back when those were a thing. Shin Megami Tensei games are my favorite games in the world, I really enjoyed him as a character, and it fit my name. As a side note, my name PostsYouCanDanceTo comes from the 1998 comedy album of lesbian-feminist-humorist Kate Clinton, "Comedy You Can Dance To", which I still think is the best name for anything ever.

i love all your avs! mine was kindly made and bought for me by yobbers when i first came here as a tiny baby poster (seems a long time ago even though it was really only a couple of years back lol) i'd got some money for doing a focus group about anti-drug ads for the australian government and used some of that ill gotten loot to buy an account - my username came from that too cause Stoner Sloth was a bunch of the worst/best anti-weed ads ever made here. anyways between that and rabbiting on about toxins, jobs looking after snakes and George the blue ring octopus and interests in smonking weed and reading books and stuff we got this chill little hybrid that i ended up with oh and i was high as balls when i did that focus group thing that brought me here

also my av was the first result that came up when I typed “random image” into DuckDuckGo. I guess it makes sense, since I am kind of all over the place as a poster. maybe it was a self-fulfilling prophecy.
