 FF9 has a lot of super chill places that I'd like to chill in but my favorite is Summit Peak Station, which you visit once during the beginning of disk 2 and then pretty much never again.

 I think "Mr Saturn's mouth" is a perfectly valid answer to "chill places you want to hang out in", even if I don't fully agree with it.
