Another truth is, if I've added a splash of rice wine vinegar to my ramen before I put an egg in there like I told ya', that egg holds up real good. I'm just sayin'.

I myself prefer the meat of the egg, cooked to fluff, eaten at any occasion. I know there are those that prefer the humour of the egg, and employ it in creation of sweets and fancies. I find this portion best fed to goats, for the improvement of their pelts. I have heard there are those that prefer the carapace of the egg.
