Yeah ines death plotline was very confusing . When I played through this I actually though the reunion member that reported ines death to the other reunion guy was ines in disguise and the charred corpse was her attacker, so I always assumed she was alive. I didn't know what to make of the thick ursus accent member, was it ines trying to draw hoarders attention or someone else completely unrelated and she was actually dead but by hand of someone infiltrating the reunion. But neither version made too much sense.
