I like the Neneko's Gameplay Shine preset while playing the game, but the Stormshade OMGEorzea is very good as well

Regarding Professions, I just leveled all three DoL (Mining, Botany, & Fishing) from 1-80 and it probably cost me 800-900g all said to keep up with gear, and those three share the same gear (minus main-hand and off-hand). That doesn't include any items I chose to buy of MB instead of farming myself.

I looked up the quest, and you should have a jacket and pants at the very least so you aren't running around naked (but it's totally okay if you decide to do that)

YES bread posted:as someone who had the same issue, if you ever do get the patience to mess around with it the UI is super customizable. it might take a frustrating amount of time to get everything to where you want but you can do some pretty neat stuff with it. personally a big fan of nested hotbars, which involves copying hotbars from unused base classes to give you access to way more bar space than you'd normally have Well, this is super neat and I'm going to be spending the rest of the evening emulating
