Raine actually made a cameo back in season one when Eda is looking through her old pictures from when she was a kid, granted their face is covered but it's clearly them. And Raine has been confirmed as nonbinary. In season one the Emperor's Coven folks were rock stars/superheroes and now, not so much. I wonder how much of that is coming from Luz and Eda influencing attitudes at Hexside. Well with Lilith gone the Emperor's primary representatives are the psychotic hobbit and Hunter, who's popular perception varies from "kind of a dickhead" to "massive dork." The mystique of the Emperor's Coven is just gone now.
