I did something similar with my switch a little while back, even got solid aluminum buttons for the pro controller.

did you do the wood wrap yourself, or is it a shell? I was looking for a good vinyl or solid color shell, but could probably have better luck buy the sheets myself since the shell I tried is thin paint so it's going back
it's a shell, I came across it on amazon and it matched the woodgrain on my switchblades (the joycon rail kickstands) perfectly.

where did you get those aluminum buttons from?

they're kinda pricey, but they do feel amazing. there's a few finishes and you can get them concave or convex: https://steelsticks64.com/?product=switch-pro-controller-metal-button-sets

Remembered I had a 50gb 4K file of the original Ghost in the Shell sitting on my store drive so fired it up last night, been a long time since I saw it last and while the visuals still hold up (especially in HDRes) the plot is a little thinner than I remember, with a lot of infodump downtime and animate-as-little-as-possible scenes. Think the story beats are still interesting, but this being one of the OG cyberpunk references regarding the nature of consciousness and self, you've probably seen it done more recently (and better) elsewhere.

Also wow I'd forgot just how often they push a boob onscreen, for a story about how bodies are not important in the future they sure do love them some tit.

if you see any of shirow masamune's other works you'll quickly come to realize he has a big ol' boner for strong military chicks with big tits.

sorry for the facebook link, but it got taken down off YouTube for some dumb reason. it's worth watching though, a professional animator goes through and points out why Akira's animation is so god drat amazing. the level of detail, technically and artistically, put into it is unmatched since.

if big/little world was a netbook. huge webcam/bezel space, trackpad literally the size of a postage stamp. I think the VIA sticker is bigger.
