My suggestion is that that people who picked a team and miss a pick get to keep their later picks, we're just going to have fill ins if they're not around, it's chaotic but feels like the right way to do it.

The first fill in is probably the first person we check with to make the pick if the original is gone again the next time around.

We're just trying to have everyone weigh in without taking a week to finish.

I don't love the pick but there is a lot of noise around him at this spot. They brought him in so Monte has some interest, therefore I have to think there is some fire to that smoke. Bagley is a goner at some point so we do need some front court help too. Also we are looking to "win now" apparently and a polished big from a professional league kind of fits the bill

Someone did a deep dive on Monte's history looking for patterns and what someone came across is that he tends to like guys who get a mix of blocks and steals at their position.
