Oh Dae-su has his rent paid and food delivered to his home for 15 years and doesn't understand who is doing it or why. One day the payments stop and the landlord is upset with Dae-su for not paying, informing him there will be a late fee if he does make payment, eviction if he does not! Dae-su pulls money out of his bank account to pay rent, since he has been able to save up over the years. However, it was still very embarrassing and a few people overheard the conversation.
