sort of. northern Egypt was very Mediterranean, which people tend to consider white nowadays. the Greek dynasties after Alexander rolled through would have been too. but southern Egypt had a lot more mixing with Nubia. the ancient kingdoms even had a dynasty from there at some point iirc.
