The Ouya's online services lasted for about 6 years, the console itself died after 2 years - and it actually had some goodwill before launch. Not a lot, but it was something. And here's this guy trying to convince people the online services for the Amico will stay up for a long time and it's perfectly safe and good and everything will be fine. It was in 2009. He'd been doing concerts in Brazil and apparently the banks over there were on strike (the court documents seem to confirm this was the case). Anyway, he didn't declare the cash upon arrival in the US and when discovered he attempted to lie to customs agents by claiming he distributed the cash to his band members to avoid declaration (he did not actually do this, all the cash was in his bag the entire time).
