i started taking nortyptiline at night for stomach issues and that poo poo does a great job of knocking me out. it's helped me start going to bed at a decent hour, but now i wake up at like 3 or 4 and never get back to sleep, then need a mid day nap

i've been struggling with sleeping at night. between the hours of about 10pm and 5am i consistently wake up hourly. once the sun comes up though, i can sleep til evening with no trouble

truth. just last night i was laying in bed by 11:30 with the intent to get up early today. about 2:45 i finally went to sleep because my phone was dying and i had to put it on charge

Mostly because I'm afraid I have a bad case of sadbrains completely separate from my respiratory issues, and I still won't be getting more than three hours of shallow sleep every night, like for past 10yrs or so, and just throw the money at a mirage cure isn't uvulectomy only considered if cpap has failed?

i went to bed at 10 last night, got up at 9, napped in my chair from 3p-4p, then again from 5:30p til 7p currently just past 8 and i'm ready for bed again. perhaps i should see the doc about thid
