It's now looking like he was pressured into resigning by Blizzard HR because he was corroborating and supporting complaints by women at the company, judging by a couple of videos looking at his social media history and other communications.

One of his final social media posts before his resignation was "Word to the wise, if you're going to go to HR to corroborate complaints by people at the company, get a good lawyer first - you're going to need one."
