The Fourteenth Book is entitled, "What can a Thoughtful Man Hope for Mankind on Earth, Given the Experience of the Past Million Years?" It doesn't take long to read The Fourteenth Book. It consists of one word and a period. This is it: "Nothing."

You guys spend so much time thinking about how to shoot our trash into space when we have so much trash and it takes so much rocket fuel. Well, you're not thinking like an engineer. If gravity is an obstacle the answer is obviously to cool our planet's core and reduce the gravitational pull so we can more easily shoot trash rockets into the sun. I don't know why it takes me to come up with the solutions for this stuff. e: If that's not enough we could try fracturing it into multiple pieces for good measure. I don't think we really need much of that eastern hemisphere or whatever. Cup Runneth Over has issued a correction as of 03:39 on Oct 13, 2021 |

I don't think they even know about the microplastics, they're just upset about the dolphins swimming in trash. Frankly the most amazing thing on that graph is the assertion that all marine life and fish will be dead before 2050. Our oceans will be barren, acidic graveyards. That's just an incredible premise. The potential for content is literally unbelievable, I'm not jokerfied enough to truly envision it. Can we drink acid water?

Trabisnikof posted:Yeah but I need to poo poo on their face, which is why I was going to do it 3 times a day before the face making GBS threads cap and trade system So would you say that theoretically, reducing the number of times their face gets poo poo on to zero in a few decades might involve, for example, making GBS threads in a bucket, and then dumping that bucket on their face? Then you would no longer be making GBS threads on their face, but you'd still be achieving your goal.

I think we should reframe it as lives saved rather than lives culled, with "one billion people" as the current baseline we can hope for. Every oil baron we publicly execute adds to that total by reducing our carbon footprint going into the future. Just collapse, let's go!
