Creating a ferengi sea-world in a post star trek 4 environment loses serious points with me. 2.5/10 except the parts where Tendi ran around scanning people that rates an 8.5 Knights of the Old Republic Sidequests out of 10 I figured it was less Sea World and more a nature preserve. Maybe you go on shuttle safaris to watch the gumatos at a safe distance. Cages are expensive.
